Robert Bailey Jr. aka Splash Rob (born November 1st, 1991 in Cleveland, OH) made his entrance into the entertainment world as a promoter in 2009 for Legacy Entertainment. It was during this period of his life that Rob began Free Style rapping as a hobby but through the encouragement of his peers the young promoter realized he had a true talent for rapping and it was then when Rob would transform from promoter to MC.
